"It really is a great program the way you have it set up and what you can offer these kids... I've had so many parents ask me about it and be so impressed with how it went for [my son] and everything he learned."
- Parent, PSC '11, '12

Though there will often be some free time during the day, the program should be considered a full-time commitment for the seven weeks of camp. Every athlete has to attend every practice and every race.
Below is a possible daily schedule for summer 2012.
- 9-11 steady-state row/technical row
- 11-12 lift, erg, or yoga
- 4-6 afternoon row focusing on speed/racing
We race most weekends; when we are not traveling or racing we will practice once on Saturday mornings.
We will do less travelling in summer 2012 because Club Nationals are in Camden, NJ. PSC will not stay overnight in New Jersey; athletes will travel back and forth on their own. Day time hotel accomodations near the course will be provided.
PSC provides transportation to and from Canadian Henley at the end of the summer.
Tentative 2012 Schedule:
camp begins ------------------------------------------------ June 18
Independence Day Regatta, Philadelphia - June 29 - July 1
USRowing Club Nationals, Camden, NJ ----------- July 11-15
weekend off, no practice -------------------------------- July 21-22
Royal Canadian Henley, St. Catharines, ONT July 31-Aug 5
PSC has also taken boats to Head of the Charles, in Boston, MA; and Junior Speed Order in Princeton, NJ. These races are contingent on availability and the interest of the athletes and coaches during the school year.
